Lasagna by Bert

  1. Cook ground beef and onion till juice gone.
  2. Add next 9 ingredients.
  3. Heat till boils.
  4. Stir to break up tomatoes.
  5. Turn down to low and simmer (cover on) 30 minutes.
  6. Stir periodically.
  7. Cook lasagna noodles.
  8. Drain.
  9. In a small bowl: Mix ricotta and eggs.
  10. In a 13x9 pan layer noodles, egg mixture and meat mixture till gone.
  11. Sprinkle the mozzarrella cheese on top.
  12. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.
