Veggie Cheddar Salsa Wraps
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup matchlike carrot sticks
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- Mix mayo and salsa in large bowl.
- Add vegetables and cheese; mix lightly.
- Spoon 3/4 cup vegetable mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
- Place 1 wrap on microwaveable plate, seam side down.
- Microwave on HIGH 50 sec.
- to 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Repeat with remaining wraps.
