Sauteed Swiss Chard & Red Cabbage with Toasted Pine Nuts & Raisins
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups KRAFT Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette, divided
- 2 heads red cabbage, cut into thin strips
- 4 bunches Swiss chard, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
- 12 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- Heat water and half the vinaigrette in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Stir in cabbage; cover.
- Cook on medium-low heat 5 to 8 min.
- or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Swiss chard.
- garlic and remaining vinaigrette; cover.
- Cook 5 to 8 min.
- or until Swiss chard is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook, uncovered, 3 to 5 min.
- or until liquid is reduced slightly, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in raisins and pine nuts.
