Sauteed Swiss Chard & Red Cabbage with Toasted Pine Nuts & Raisins

  1. Heat water and half the vinaigrette in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in cabbage; cover.
  3. Cook on medium-low heat 5 to 8 min.
  4. or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in Swiss chard.
  6. garlic and remaining vinaigrette; cover.
  7. Cook 5 to 8 min.
  8. or until Swiss chard is tender.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Cook, uncovered, 3 to 5 min.
  11. or until liquid is reduced slightly, stirring occasionally.
  12. Stir in raisins and pine nuts.
