Curried Pecan Chicken Salad Recipe

• 3/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 2 tbsp. salad oil
• 1/2 c. liquid removed, crushed pineapple
• 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 c. cooked rice

1. Combine these ingredients and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
