Easy Fruit Parfaits
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad, drained
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour evenly into 4 tall dessert or parfait glasses, filling each glass about half full.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with layers of the whipped topping and fruit just before serving.
