Easy Fruit Parfaits

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Pour evenly into 4 tall dessert or parfait glasses, filling each glass about half full.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Top with layers of the whipped topping and fruit just before serving.
