Creamy Tortellini
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened*
- 1/4 medium cucumber, chopped
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 oz. lox (smoked salmon), cut into thin strips
- Toss hot tortellini with remaining ingredients.
- Spoon onto warm plates.
- Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
- Variation: Prepare as directed, substituting 1/2 tsp.
- dried dill weed for fresh dill.
