S'mores Ice Cream Pie
- 4 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- In chilled bowl, stir ice cream until softened, not melted.
- Mix in mini marshmallows.
- Put mixture into pie shell, making sure to spread evenly.
- Cover then freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing/.
- Top with warmed hot fudge ice cream and marshmallows.
- Top with whipped cream.
- (optional).
