Stir fried Korean noodle
- 80 grams Korean sweet potato noodle
- 50 grams fresh shiitake mushroom, discard stalk and sliced
- 100 grams chye sim, use leaves only
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- Boil noodle in boiling water till softened.
- Remove from the boiling water and put into bowl of water to cool and prevent sticking together.
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
- Add in garlic, mushroom and chye sim.
- Stir fry till fragrant.
- Add light soya sauce and stir fry till evenly.
- Add the noodle excluding the water.
- Add dark soya sauce and stir fry till evenly.
- Ready to serve.
