Stir fried Korean noodle

  1. Boil noodle in boiling water till softened.
  2. Remove from the boiling water and put into bowl of water to cool and prevent sticking together.
  3. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
  4. Add in garlic, mushroom and chye sim.
  5. Stir fry till fragrant.
  6. Add light soya sauce and stir fry till evenly.
  7. Add the noodle excluding the water.
  8. Add dark soya sauce and stir fry till evenly.
  9. Ready to serve.
