Caramelized peaches delight

• 1 Peach fruit
• 1 vanilla ice cream
• 2 piece Lotus caramel busicut
• 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp Mastika powder / greek ingredient
• 1 tbsp butter

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar and mastika and carameliz at medium heat until brown.
2. Cut your peach in half and place it on the caramel and grill it for approximately 10min or as much as you want it to be caramelized.
3. Remove the peach and let it cool down so the ice cream won't melt, add crumbled biscuits and enjoy :)
