Louisiana Crab (Or Seafood) Gumbo Recipe

  1. Add in butter, extra virgin olive oil, bacon to a large kettle.
  2. Simmer till bacon is crisp.
  3. Add in floured okra, onion, green, red and yellow pepper, minced celery, minced garlic.
  4. Cook till tender, but not browned.
  5. Add in tomatoes, juice, salt, cayenne and seafood.
  6. Let simmer for about an hour.
  7. Serve in bowls with garlic bread.
  8. Should be the consistency of a thick soup.
