Potato salad with tomatoes

  1. Slice cabbage thinly.
  2. Add salt and squeeze cabbage to make it more juicy.
  3. Cut potatoes and tomatoes into medium or large cubes, add to salad.
  4. Add leeks and garlic.
  5. Add sour cream and pepper, mix well.
  6. Add bryndza, if wanted.
  7. If you have unsalted bryndza, its absence of taste might create unpleasant contrast while eating, so try cautiously.
  8. Add more salt, if needed, mix well and serve.
