Taco Chicken with Salsa

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and brown the chicken pieces.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and a tablespoon of water.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
  4. Mix salsa with corn and coriander.
  5. Break crispbreads in half, top with a warm piece of chicken and a teaspoon of corn salsa.
