Taco Chicken with Salsa
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup medium salsa
- 2 tablespoons corn, cooked
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 125g KRAFT Premium Crispbread
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and brown the chicken pieces.
- Add the taco seasoning and a tablespoon of water.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
- Mix salsa with corn and coriander.
- Break crispbreads in half, top with a warm piece of chicken and a teaspoon of corn salsa.
