Fish Balls with Lemon Basil
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 whole Carrots
- 3 whole Fish Fillets (tilapia Or Any White Fish)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cups Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1/4 cups Fresh Lemon Basil Leaves
- Step 1: Finely chop onion, shred the carrot, mince the fish fillets (you can do this in a food processor) and add them all to a mixing bowl.
- Then add salt, pepper and parsley and mix to combine.
- Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350F, grease a baking dish, form 8 meatballs out of the fish mixture and put the balls into the baking dish.
- Step 3: Put the baking dish into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish balls are cooked.
- Step 4: Decorate with lemon basil leaves and serve.
