Fish Balls with Lemon Basil

  1. Step 1: Finely chop onion, shred the carrot, mince the fish fillets (you can do this in a food processor) and add them all to a mixing bowl.
  2. Then add salt, pepper and parsley and mix to combine.
  3. Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350F, grease a baking dish, form 8 meatballs out of the fish mixture and put the balls into the baking dish.
  4. Step 3: Put the baking dish into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish balls are cooked.
  5. Step 4: Decorate with lemon basil leaves and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
