Curry Crab Dip Recipe
- 6 to 8 ounce. crabmeat
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar, shredded
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Mix lemon juice with flaked crabmeat.
- Add in rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Chill till serving.
- (Best to mix 4 to 6 hrs before using.)
- Can be spread on crackers cool or possibly spread on cocktail bread or possibly toast and put under broiler till hot and bubbly.
