Hernandez Pina Colada Recipe

• 1 (15 ounce.) can cream of coconut
• 2 c. rum (white)
• 6 c. canned pineapple juice, cool
• 1/4 gallon vanilla ice cream

1. Blend all ingredients except ice cream.
2. Place scoops of ice cream over the mix and place in a punch bowl.
