Perfect Pastry Bonbons Recipe

  1. Cream butter, blend in flour, 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar, vanilla and pecans.
  2. Roll dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and refrigeratefor 1 hour.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  5. While still hot, roll in remaining confectioners' sugar.
  6. Makes 4 dozen.
