Perfect Pastry Bonbons Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- Cream butter, blend in flour, 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar, vanilla and pecans.
- Roll dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and refrigeratefor 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- While still hot, roll in remaining confectioners' sugar.
- Makes 4 dozen.
