Pumpkin Pie Dumplings
- 1 whole Pumpkin Pie, Store Bought Or Homemade
- 1 package Dumpling Or Wonton Wrappers, 12 Ounce Package
- 1/2 cups Cinnamon Sugar
- Mash up the pumpkin pie.
- Lay the wonton wrappers out on a work surface.
- Fill each wrapper with a tablespoon or so of pumpkin pie filling.
- Fold the wonton over the filling and seal the seams well.
- Arrange the wontons on a cookie sheet.
- Spray with oil.
- Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 10 minutes in 400F oven.
