Pumpkin Pie Dumplings

  1. Mash up the pumpkin pie.
  2. Lay the wonton wrappers out on a work surface.
  3. Fill each wrapper with a tablespoon or so of pumpkin pie filling.
  4. Fold the wonton over the filling and seal the seams well.
  5. Arrange the wontons on a cookie sheet.
  6. Spray with oil.
  7. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes in 400F oven.
