The Spiced Pear Fizz

  1. Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a Champagne flute, filling it roughly halfway.
  2. Top up slowly with a good-quality prosecco or a nonvintage brut Champagne.
  3. Garnish with two thin pear slices or a long, thin twist of lemon peel.
