Pancake Mix Black Tea Scones

  1. Put the pancake mix and black tea leaves in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Add softened butter and mix with a cutting motion.
  3. Add milk and mix.
  4. Use your hands at the end to gather the dough into a lump.
  5. Spread it out to 2-3 cm thick on a baking sheet-covered baking pan.
  6. Use a knife to cut into 8 wedges.
  7. Bake in the oven at 170C for 25 minutes.

  9. And it's done.
