Dressy English Peas

• 12 lb mushroom, sliced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen baby English peas
• 1 (3 1/4 ounce) jar cocktail onions, drained
• 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• sugar

1. Saute mushrooms in butter.
2. Cook peas until tender.
3. Combine all ingredients & heat.
