One Pot Pea and Bacon Pasta

  1. Heat a large pot over medium high heat and cook bacon until browned and crispy.
  2. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Leave as much or as little bacon fat in the pot as you like.
  4. Pour stock and milk into hot pan (careful about splattering!)
  5. and add pasta shells, peas and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil and cook for about 7 minutes or until pasta is ready.
  7. Take pot off heat and quickly stir in sour cream.
  8. Add cheese, parsley and crispy bacon to pasta and combine.
  9. Season to taste with salt.
  10. Serve immediately with extra cheese and parsley if you like.
