Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
- 1 whole Cucumber, Peeled
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Cider Vinegar
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 10 slices White Bread
- Butter (for The Bread)
- Cut the peeled cucumber into 20 slices 1/8 thick.
- Combine the oil, vinegar and pepper.
- Soak the cucumber slices in the oil mixture.
- Flatten the white bread a little with a rolling pin.
- Butter the slices of bread.
- Punch out 4 rounds per slice of bread with a round pastry cutter that is the size of the diameter of the cucumber.
- To assemble the sandwiches, take a slice of cucumber and let the excess oil drip off.
- Then sandwich between 2 rounds of the buttered bread.
