Banana Split Salad (Fat Free) Recipe
- 1 c. ff plain or possibly vanilla yogurt (eliminate honey if using vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 x TAB honey
- 4 x bananas, peeled
- 1/4 c. grape nuts
- 1/2 c. crushed strawberries
- Mix yogurt, pineapple and honey.
- Cut bananas in half, lengthwise.
- For each serving, use 2 banana halves.
- Put 1/4 c. yogurt mix on each serving.
- Sprinkle with grape nuts and top with crushed berries.
- Red raspberries may be substituted for strawberries.
- Serves 4.
