Buttermilk Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix up all ingredients, pour into pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 1 hour.
  3. Let cool completely on wire rack, and chill in refrigerator for overnight.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
