Low Carb Pizza

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray pizza pan or cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Arrange pepperoni so that it overlaps like a flower design to form the "crust".
  4. I like to make them in smaller mini pizzas so I use about 8-12 and its about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  5. Spoon tomato sauce on top of pepperoni.
  6. Add shredded cheese.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings.
  8. Add another layer of cheese.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Repeat to make multiple mini pizzas.
  11. The smaller pizzas are much easier to take out and serve.
