Chicken-Chipotle Pico Sandwich
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 4 KRAFT Big Slice Chipotle Cheese Slices
- 4 kaiser rolls, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
- on each side or until done (165F), topping with cheese and adding rolls, cut sides down, to grill for the last min.
- Cover bottom halves of rolls with lettuce; top with pico de gallo, chicken and avocados.
- Cover with tops of rolls.
