Nif's Pork Cutlets

  1. Pound pork chops with a mallet, until about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. I put them in a resealable bag so it doesn't make a mess.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat in a large nonstick frying pan.
  4. Mix the flour with the garlic powder, salt and pepper; put in a flat dish.
  5. Pour egg whites in another flat dish.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with the seasoning salt in another flat dish.
  7. Dip both sides of a pork chop in the flour, then the egg whites and lastly in the breadcrumbs.
  8. Turn to coat evenly.
  9. Repeat with other 3 chops.
  10. Cook chops in frying pan for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until nicely browned and cooked through.
