Syrup for Fritters
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange flower water
- Combine water, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan.
- Bring to boil, then simmer until reduced to little more than 1 cup.
- Add orange flower water and cook 2 minutes longer.
- Set aside to cool.
