Easy Thai

  1. Soak noodles according to package.
  2. Heat Wok over medium high heat and scramble eggs in 1 tablespoon oil, set aside.
  3. Over High heat saute tofu and garlic in remaining oil until brown.
  4. Add veggies and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add rice noddles and sauce cook until noddles are tender.
  6. Add egg and peanuts cook 1 minute.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and lime.
