Quick Tasty Bean and Cheese Burritos

  1. Saute the pepper slices in the olive oil until tender.
  2. Dice peppers.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced peppers, refried beans, salsa, salsa verde, chili powder, and crush red pepper.
  4. Warm burrito wraps in the microwave for 15 seconds, to make them flexible.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of the bean mixture to the wrap and spread in the center.
  6. Sprinkle with a few tablespoons of cheese, then roll up like a burrito.
  7. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then turn over and heat for another 30 seconds.
  8. Serve garnished with sour cream and taco sauce.
