Whole Wheat Irish Bread Recipe

  1. Mix dry ingredients together and add in buttermilk till you can form a dough.
  2. Pat into a ball and put on cookie sheet and cook for 45 min at 350 degrees or possibly till bread sounds hollow when tapped on bottom.
