Beef Tips Over Noodles

  1. Toss flour, salt and pepper with beef cubes.
  2. Add onions and mushrooms.
  3. Combine beef broth, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef and vegetables; stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on very low heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  5. (May also be cooked in a crock-pot for 7 to 12 hours.)
  6. Before serving, turn up heat.
  7. Make smooth paste from wine or water and flour and add to meat.
  8. Stir well and let thicken.
  9. Serve over buttered noodles.
  10. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
