Avocado And Tomato Salad Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, blend together mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco or possibly warm pepper sauce.
  2. Add in avocados, tomatoes, onions and parsley and/or possibly cilentro.
  3. Toss slightly till well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerateto blend flavors.
  5. serve on a bedding of leaf lettuce or possibly spinach leaves, garnished with tomato wedges and/or possibly parsley sprigs.
  6. Delicious!
  7. Serves either 6 for a side dish or possibly 3 for a main dish serving.
  8. NOTES : Avocados are ripe when they begin to darken and yield to gentle pressure.
  9. Also, when the stem end "pops inch out easily.
  10. To remove seed, carefully take a paring knife and cut long-ways all the way around the seed.
  11. Twist and remove seed.
  12. Then you can spoon out the avocado and dice for this exciting recipe.
