Dilled Green Bean Salad
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 13 cup warm water
- 12 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 12 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup olive oil
- Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Dissolve sugar in warm water.
- Whisk with remaining ingredients and toss with the green beans.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
