Dilled Green Bean Salad

  1. Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Dissolve sugar in warm water.
  5. Whisk with remaining ingredients and toss with the green beans.
  6. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
