Meat Balls & Sauerkraut Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked, rinsed
- Mix together and form into meat balls about 2 inches and place in baking dish.
- Rinse 1 large can sauerkraut and Spread over meat balls.
- Add in about 3/4 can water and sprinkle about 1/4 c. brown sugar over top.
- Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
