Sam's Grilled Rum Peaches
- 1 large peach, - 1/2 serves 1 person
- 14 cup butter
- 1 orange, juice of
- 14 cup dark rum
- Mix butter, rum and orange juice in small pot and melt over low heat.
- Cut peaches evenly in half.
- Then make slices in each half about 1/2 inch apart - but leave slices attached at the top.
- Grill over medium heat, basting often with butter mixture - grill marks are a good thing.
- Serve beside ice cream.
