Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

• 4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
• 30 strawberries with stems attached, dry

1. On a low simmer in a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips.
2. Holding the stem of the strawberry, dip each 1 individually into the chocolate and place them on a piece of parchment until hardened.
