Best Ever Pasta Salad
- 16 ounces pasta penne
- 2 each cucumbers peeled, cubed
- 2 each tomatoes plum, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise fat free
- 8 ounces sour cream fat free
- 3 tablespoons dill weed dried
- 2 tablespoons black pepper lemon
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Combine pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed and lemon pepper.
- Serve as is or chill for 45 minutes.
