Italian Bread

  1. Preheat your Oven to 170 degrees C
  2. Mix Together Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast and Herb Mix
  3. Slowly Add the Water til you get a dough (you can use a bread maker to mix if you have one).
  4. Knead the Stuffing out of your dough for 5 minutes.
  5. You can also use your bread maker for this step and the next one.
  6. Knead in your Parmesan and 1 cup of the Monzerella.
  7. Make your bread into an oblong shape and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  8. Leave to rise a bit for 5 minutes.
  9. Finally place in your oven for 45 minutes.
  10. Take out and enjoy :-)
