Old-Fashioned Potato Salad

  1. In a large pot, hard-boil the eggs.
  2. Drain and cool, then shell and dice the eggs.
  3. Dice the celery stalks, and place to the side with eggs.
  4. In a large pot, boil whole potatoes until fully cooked.
  5. Drain water.
  6. Let potatoes cool and then peel.
  7. In a large bowl crumble or mash potatoes.
  8. Add all remaining ingredients, including the eggs and celery, and mix.
  9. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.
