Shrimp Salad (Creole) Recipe

  1. Boil shrimp for 5 min.
  2. Drain, rinse in cool water and clean (1 1/2 pounds of frzn shrimp may be used).
  3. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup; add in grated Large eggs, celery, onion, green pepper, pickle, garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste; add in shrimp.
  4. Store salad in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs.
  5. It can keep up to 4 days.
  6. Serve in lettuce leaves or possibly tomato c..
  7. Serves 6-8.
