Creamy Zucchini Casserole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry zucchini in butter till tender.
  2. Heat cheese and lowfat milk over low heat.
  3. Stir till smooth.
  4. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT onions.
  5. Spoon into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  7. Top with onions continue baking 3 to 5 min or possibly till onions are golden.
