Baked Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Score top of ham with diamond-shape and put 1 clove into each diamond.
  3. In saucepan over low heat mix bourbon, sherry and ginger.
  4. Heat through, do not boil.
  5. Turn off heat and pour half of mixture over ham, put into roasting pan and pop into oven.
  6. Cook at 400u0b0 first hour.
  7. Turn oven down to 350u0b0 for 1 hour, then turn oven to 250u0b0 for 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes (keep roaster cover on).
  8. To the ingredients remaining in saucepan, put whole jar of marmalade and bring to slow low heat. Remove cloves and throw away.
  9. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of ham and carefully pour marmalade mixture over the ham trying to keep marmalade on top of ham (this is your glaze).
  10. Turn oven up to 350u0b0 for 1/2 hour.
  11. It's done!
