Italian Meat Gravy
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 head garlic
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic
- 3 tbsp dry basil
- 1 carrot diced small
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 can 6 oz each tomato paste
- 2 can 28 oz each crushed tomatoes
- 1 quart stock more if needed
- 1 lb ground chuck meat
- 2 lb ground pork shoulder plus the bone
- 4 italian sausage
- use large stock pot.
- start with olive oil add meat brown
- add the rest ingredients and simmer all day or till you can't stand it any more go ahead sneak a bowl
