Shred Me up Slaw

  1. In bowl, toss together vegetables.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt.
  3. Toss well and set aside for 10 minutes or until softened.
  4. Variations: use lime juice instead of lemon juice.
  5. Use chard instead of kale.
  6. For a boost of protein, add 3 tablespoons raw shelled hemp seeds.
