White Chocolate Mousse
- 24 NILLA Wafers, coarsely chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
- 4 squares BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
- 1/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 4 medium fresh strawberries, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Divide wafers evenly among 8 individual dessert dishes; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add condensed milk, beating until well blended after each addition.
- Add melted chocolate and lemon juice; mix well.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon evenly into prepared dessert dishes; top with strawberries.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
