Mini Pizzas Recipe

  1. Fry sausage and onions with Italian seasoning.
  2. Add in Velveeta.
  3. Don't pour off grease.
  4. Spoon onto rye bread slices and place on cookie sheet.
  5. Freeze.
  6. After frzn, place in plastic bags and store in freezer for up to one year.
  7. (Best if frzn 1 week before baking.)
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
