Pork Burger
- 2 lbs ground lean pork
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 14 cup dry breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper, to taste (and seasonings)
- Combine ingredients and form into 6-8 patties.
- For tender juicy burgers, don't over mix.
- Barbecue over medium heat for 5-10 minute per side until cooked throughly.
- Serve on hamburger bun with favorite toppings.
