Walleye with Italian Seasonings

  1. Pour dressing over fish in 8-gal.
  2. plastic container with cover (or in shallow 2-qt.
  3. plastic container for trial recipe); turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Meanwhile, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
  7. For each serving: Remove 1 fish fillet from marinade; place in shallow parchment paper-lined pan.
  8. Top with about 2 Tbsp.
  9. crumb mixture.
  10. Bake in 375 degrees F standard oven 7 to 10 min.
  11. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  12. Serve with 1/2 cup potatoes and 3 oz.
  13. beans.
