Walleye with Italian Seasonings
- 1 gal. Prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dry Mix Salad Dressing
- 64 each walleye fish fillets (6 oz. each)
- 2 qt. panko bread crumbs, toasted
- 1-1/3 cups KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- 2 gal. halved red potatoes, cooked
- 1 gal. fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched
- Pour dressing over fish in 8-gal.
- plastic container with cover (or in shallow 2-qt.
- plastic container for trial recipe); turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Meanwhile, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
- For each serving: Remove 1 fish fillet from marinade; place in shallow parchment paper-lined pan.
- Top with about 2 Tbsp.
- crumb mixture.
- Bake in 375 degrees F standard oven 7 to 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve with 1/2 cup potatoes and 3 oz.
