Brussels Sprouts Dijon Recipe
- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh Warm sauce
- 4 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn brussels sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. Finely minced pecans, toasted
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, till thoroughly heated.
- Keep sauce hot.
- Cook brussels sprouts according to package directions 5 min, and drain well.
- Combine brussels sprouts, butter and pecans, tosssing to coat; serve with sauce.
